We accept orders through email, telephone (727-656-2384) or via our secure website using all major credit cards. All prices are clearly posted on the site. Please contact us if you have any questions about our pricing or timing of delivery.

Shipping/Handling within the continental US (including APOs/FPOs) is as follows:

WE ship USPS, UPS and FedEx depending on your product(s) of choice. We are not responsible for US Postal delays, customs tarifs, lost or stolen merchandise, incorrect shipping adresses given to us for UPS or FedEx which result in failure of timely delivery, or damaged merchandise during transport. Expected delivery is approx 2-3 weeks for most items (without rush request) due to customization. ***If you are ordering from OUTSIDE the U.S. please note that UPS (United Parcel) upcharges may apply to international orders and are based solely on weight and location. This upcharge will be added to your account to cover the cost of actual freight charges*** RUSH is available for most items.

Rush Orders

Rush orders requested at checkout ($20.00 fee) mean that your item can be expected in less than 10 business days. If you have a specific deadline date PLEASE make us aware. We may or may not be able to acommodate, depending on the product, availability or time of year. Additional ship fees may apply if we have agreed to deliver overnight or express.

Custom Images and/or Artwork

If your order requires the submission of your own custom photo, image or artwork, you may do so in one of the following ways:

  • Follow the instructions on your order receipt to upload your image to our server OR,
  • Email your custom photo, image or artwork to customlabels4u@gmail.com.

Our Policy

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects of workmanship within 14 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm correct spelling, grammar, image choices and ship-to address when an order is placed.
