Application Instructions:
Clean area thoroughly.
Carefully separate transfer sheet from the backing.
Make sure that all the vinyl pieces are on the transfer sheet.
(Use a needle to help lift up the small pieces if necessary)
Position the decal and scrape over it with a plastic card to esure good adhesion. (Drivers License, Bank Card, Phone Card)
Wait 30 seconds and remove the transfer sheet. These adorable decals can be applied to any flat/smooth NON-POROUS surface!
