APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Rub vinyl decal with plastic card (Drivers License, Bank Card, etc.) to smooth any wrinkles during shipping.
Prepare surface by cleaning area thoroughly.
Carefully separate clear transfer sheet from blue backing. Make sure that all the vinyl decal pieces are on the clear transfer sheet. (Use a needle to help lift up the small pieces)
Position the decal over surface to be applied and carefully rub over it with a plastic card to ensure good adhesion.
Wait 30 seconds and carefully remove the clear transfer sheet.
